Know When Your Bus Is Late

Published on the 14th June 2011

Ever raced to the bus stop to be there five minutes early, only to sit there waiting for ages… wondering where oh where your ride might be? Those days may be numbered.

Google has recently partnered with the transit authorities of 6 different US and European cities to incorporate live transit data with Google Maps.

If you’re in these selected cities, you can now track the real-time progress of public transport to see when it is actually going to arrive at your location, or find out about any delays before you get stuck.

No doubt many citizens will be keen to see this adopted in their own cities.
