In a bold move, Domino’s Pizza in the US is displaying customer reviews in real-time on a 1,400 square metre digital billboard in NYC’s Times Square.
With nowhere to hide, the campaign is putting staff’s names to reviews received through Domino’s Tracker mobile app, encouraging employees to be proud of every pizza that leaves the stores.
Screened only for offensive language, all messages are being displayed.
