Just when you think you’d seen all of the crazy cams available, they bring out Ball Cam!
The throwable Panoramic Ball Camera consists of 36 mobile phone cameras placed inside a layer of advanced protective foam. Tossing the ball into the air gives 360 degree views of the ball’s flight, allowing viewers to pause the image and pan around at any time.
We’ve seen how 3D TV has changed the way we experience sport; just imagine travelling a football field with the ball as it scores the winning goal. Ball Cam is just a prototype at this stage with work continuing on durability, but we look forward to its launch.
