To prove that 13th Street offers the scariest movies on TV, they created an interactive outdoor ad with a hair raising difference.
The only indication that the ad was different was the torch handle that stuck out from the billboard. When passers by grabbed the torch, it switched on a light and unveiled a ghost in the photo.
A few seconds later thanks to an electrostatic generator, negative electrons were sent to the torch holder which were guaranteed to make their hair stand on end.
